Side Hustle Labs currently sells downloadable digital products. No physical shipping is offered unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Delivery
After successful payment and fraud review, WooCommerce provides access through both the order-confirmation email and the customer’s My Account downloads area.
Expected delivery time: immediately after the payment is approved, although fraud review, email delivery, or technical processing may cause a short delay.
If delivery is delayed, check spam folders and the email address used at checkout, then contact info@sidehustlelabs.blog with the order number. Do not send complete card details.
Download limits and access period
- download limit: five download attempts per order;
- access period: 365 days from the order date;
- account required: yes for access through My Account; the order email may also contain a download link;
- file formats: stated on each product page;
- system requirements: stated on each product page.
Updates
Updates are included only when the product page expressly says they are included. A purchase otherwise covers the version delivered at the time of purchase.
“Lifetime” is not used to describe access unless we define whose lifetime and what happens if a product or the business ends.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- providing a working email address;
- downloading and backing up files during the access period;
- checking compatibility and requirements before purchase;
- protecting download links and account credentials;
- using the files within the product’s license.
Delivery problems
Contact info@sidehustlelabs.blog for a missing link, corrupted file, access error, or material mismatch with the product description. We may ask for the order number, browser or operating system, and a screenshot that does not expose credentials. SHL may reset the download count or access period after verifying the order.
Physical shipping
SHL does not currently sell or ship physical goods. Before any physical product is listed, this policy will be updated to include shipping regions, carriers, costs, handling time, estimated transit, tracking, customs, and lost-or-damaged-parcel rules, along with a return address.
