What this is
Side Hustle Labs is a small workshop run by Jose Suarez from South Florida. It makes tools for people who are already building something and want the practical part.
There is a whole industry selling the feeling of starting a business. This is not that. The premise here is that most people trying to build an income stream are not short on motivation, they are short on plumbing: the capture that does not drop leads, the script that pulls the number they check every morning, the file that tells them whether the thing is actually worth continuing.
So the output is narrow on purpose. Small tools that do one job. Writing that shows the system rather than the outcome. When something is recommended, it is something already being paid for, and the affiliate relationship is stated in the same breath.
What is in scope

- Templates, workbooks, and guides sold as files
- Write-ups of systems that have actually run in production
What is not
- Coaching, consulting, and agency client work
- Motivation, lifestyle content, and income screenshots
- Anything sold before the file behind it exists, which is why the bench shows unfinished work rather than hiding it
