Case study

Building a brand identity that survives 40 agents

Replacing generic templated real estate marketing with a modular system agents cannot accidentally break.

The problem

A brokerage was expanding, but their marketing looked like every other agent in the county. Agents were assembling Canva files on their own, diluting the brand and looking unprofessional in listing presentations.

The system

We stripped the brand to its core components and rebuilt it as something rigid:

  1. Tokenized assets: fixed color hexes, a typography scale, and defined logo lockups.
  2. Modular templates: instead of a blank canvas, drop-and-ship layouts for just listed, just sold, social posts, and email.
  3. Central hub: every asset hosted on one static internal site, reachable in a click.

The results

Consistency went up immediately. Agents spent roughly 80% less time designing and more time selling, and the brokerage started reading as one recognizable operation in its territory.

Takeaway: brand is consistency. If your team can easily break your guidelines, your guidelines are decoration.
